Leasing and exclusive price(s) vary. Samples must be cleared by the artist purchasing the beat. You will be informed if a sample has been used and the name of the sample if you inquire. Failure to clear a sample with original artist is liable on your behalf. Legally subvanity has no responsibility for clearing samples only to inform you of works made and the original product, it is your responsibility to clear samples for promotional use and commercial use.
